1. Software Licensing & Usage

AI Markdown Generator is provided as downloadable software for the WordPress platform:

• Core Plugin: The base AI Markdown Generator plugin is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later).
• Pro Add-on License: AI Markdown Generator Pro is a commercial add-on billed annually at $49/year (or applicable promotional rate). An active license key grants access to Pro features (including llms.txt generation, bot routing, Cloudflare targeted purge, and future automated updates).

2. Purchases & Lemon Squeezy Merchant of Record

All commercial transactions are processed through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a Pro license, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Subscriptions renew annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

3. License Activation & Fair Usage

Each Pro license key is intended for activation on the designated number of domain sites specified during checkout. License activation requires communicating your site's domain URL to the licensing API. We reserve the right to revoke license keys used in violation of activation limits or fraudulent chargeback attempts.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Search Engine Results

AI Markdown Generator provides technical tools to format and negotiate content delivery to web clients and AI scrapers. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, increased organic traffic, or third-party AI platform inclusion.

The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SEOries or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, server downtime, or loss of revenue) resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
